History

Mr. František Sázavský, the current executive director and one of the founders, was behind the birth of our company, which was established in 1996. Within just two years, the company had grown so successfully that by 1998 it already employed more than 25 employees.

Another milestone was the renovation of the building in 2003, which created a modern and efficient working environment. As the company grew, it achieved key ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in 2004, confirming the company's commitment to quality and environmental protection.

The year 2006 brought a significant breakthrough – the acquisition of the first contract and the establishment of the first division: AUTOMOTIVE with a major partner, TE Connectivity. In the same year, the company also obtained IATF 16949 certification for two years, after which it remained only applied. The subsequent global economic turmoil also affected us, and in 2008 the company had to go through a difficult period, during which the number of employees fell from 120 to 18.

Nevertheless, the company did not give up. With new strength and determination, it began building, which resulted in a new warehouse in 2011. Proof of its indomitable growth and constant progress was the construction of a brand-new building in 2020. In the following years, the company expanded with new projects and won important contracts. In 2021, it focused on building a second division: INDUSTRIAL, and in 2023, an opportunity arose for a third division: SOCKETS - the first contract for the assembly of sockets.

Today, in 2025, the company is once again thriving and employs more than 100 employees, demonstrating its incredible growth, resilience, and ability to constantly adapt.
